Terms of Service

By booking the Services of Tarot Group you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Liability Disclaimer

Tarot Group makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered by their tarot readers. By booking Tarot Group’s services, you explicitly acknowledge that all tarot readings and advice arising therefrom are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment.

Payment Policy

Tarot Consultations & Readings (In Person, Skype/Online and Email Readings) :

1. All in-person, Skype and email tarot readings are to be paid for beforehand via PayPal or secure e-payment at www.tarotgroup.co.uk

2. Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows: 48-hour advance notice is required to reschedule In Person readings, and 24 hours notice for Skype/online readings. If you do not give this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email us if you need to reschedule. We put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact us, we cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows.

3. We do not offer refunds for our services, for any reason. Please shop mindfully. If you are not certain that our services are right for you, please feel free to spend some time exploring the forum. You can find your readers board and posts there. This will give you an insight into how your reader works. You can also see testimonials from clients on your readers page for further information.

4. Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying for a product. You’re paying for our knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and time. You’re paying us to set aside everything else in our life, clear our schedule and head space to dedicate entirely to you for the duration of your reading. When you order a reading, you are receiving a customised, personalised service, not any ordinary product.

Tarot Classes:

1. All classes are to be paid for beforehand via PayPal or secure e-payment at www.tarotgroup.co.uk.

2. There is no refund for cancellations or no-shows. Your fee may NOT be put towards future classes if you are unable to attend. Please understand that if you are unable to attend at the last minute, it means that we have been holding that spot for you and may not be able to fill it.
