WHAT TAROT DECK DO YOU USE ON THE SITE?

It is widely believed that the cards choose the reader and not the other way around.
There are thousands of decks of tarot and oracle cards available.
Each reader on Tarot Group will have their own deck of cards that they prefer to use.

If you like the deck of cards that is displayed on the site, it’s the Revelations Tarot deck by Zack Wong and it’s available at Amazon here.

I JUST PURCHASED AN E-BOOK OR A DIGITAL PRODUCT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will be sent a confirmation email to the same email address you use with PayPal. Check there first and also check your Junk Mail or Spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact our team using the contact form.

PRICES AND LOCAL CURRENCY?

All our prices are in GBP (£).
To find out the cost in your local currency, you can use a Currency Converter.

CAN I PRACTISE MY READING IN CHAT?

Members who have been here for at least 2 weeks and are established as a regular participator may be granted the privilege of practicing psychic readings in chat. Before doing so please read and accept the terms of our Trainee Readers assessment criteria.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the moment we accept payments through credit card or Paypal (when paying in full).

HOW DO I ADVERTISE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We are not currently offering any advertising opportunities.

Absolutely. You can always request a professional tarot reading with one of the Tarot Group Endorsed Readers right here.

Alternatively, you are welcome to request a FREE tarot reading with one of the Tarot Group Trainee Readers right here

I HAVE PAID FOR MY TAROT READING. NOW WHAT?

After payment with PayPal, you will be directed to a request form to send in your details. If this does not happen, contact the Tarot Reading team here.

Your reader will confirm receipt of your request within 24-48 hours.

DO YOU OFFER SKYPE OR IN-PRESON READINGS?

Every certified Tarot Group reader works differently. Find the certified Tarot Group reader that resonates with you and look at how they prefer to work. You can order one here.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual tarot reading has not been performed. For example, if you and your reader cannot agree on the question or the tarot spread and the reader has not started your actual reading, you may be offered a refund.

However, if your tarot reading has been performed and completed, there will be no refund. This is because we pour our heart and soul into your reading and we invest a significant amount of time and energy into your situation. We will make our best attempts to clarify any questions you have and to give you advice on how to get the most out of your reading experience.

HOW DO I REQUEST A FREE TAROT READING?

You need to submit your request for a free tarot reading here.

NO ONE IS AVAILABLE WHEN I TRY TO REQUEST A FREE READING. HOW DO I GET A FREE TAROT READING?

The availability of our Free Tarot Readings is based on the availability of Tarot Readers who have volunteered their time. If you request a free tarot reading on the forum and get no response, try requesting again.

If you continue to get no response, use the contact form to let us know.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FREE TAROT READING. WHERE IS IT?

Your reader has 7 days to complete your reading, so first check that 7 days have passed.

Your reading is delivered inside the forum, not to your email. You must be registered and logged in to submit a request.  As part of your registration process, you will have created a username and password. If you log in and it’s not there, please contact your reader directly by sending them a message inside of the forum.  If you don’t hear back from your reader after doing this, please visit this page and fill out the form to let Team Biddy know!
